New Family Enrollment Steps

1. FILL OUT APPLICATION AND UPLOAD REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

- Login to your Enroll Jeffco account to complete the application and upload required documents. (If you have trouble uploading these documents please let us know)

- Birth Certificate/Identity Document - MUST include student's first name, last name and date of birth.

- Immunization Records - please just upload the record you currently have. If your child is due for immunizations once they receive them you can give us what was updated at that time. If you do exemptions please let us know as this has to be done each year after July 1st.

- Proof of Residency - (Example: mortgage, lease agreement, utility, water, or trash bill)

 

2. ACCEPT OFFER - An offer will be sent to your email when a spot becomes available and you will have 3 days to accept it. If you do not accept the offer, it will expire and you'll have to reapply.

 

3. JEFFCO OLR (Online Registration) - Once you have uploaded all necessary documents and accepted your offer in your Enroll Jeffco account, you will receive an email with a link to complete the Jeffco OLR. ALL DOCUMENTS NEED TO BE UPLOADED to receive the OLR email. If you do not receive this link, please contact our Enrollment Coordinator at enrollment@wwahomeschool.org or give us a call at 720-289-9230.

*If you are enrolling a kindergarten student, skip to step 5! (KG students do not choose classes until they are in 1st grade)

 

4. Class Selection - When step 1 through 3 are complete, the Class Selection Form will be sent to new families after current families. To be ready for the Class Selection Form, you'll want to have the top two choices for each of the 6 class periods by looking at the Course Catalogs for your enrolled HSC day.

 

5. Enjoy your Summer Break!

Save your Enroll Jeffco username and password, as you will need that info for Registration.
